- Technical Metadata: Timestamp of submission, unique Request ID, and standard serverless connection metadata (IP address solely for basic rate limiting and anti-abuse protection).

We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
- To identify geographic clusters of customer interest across India.
- To decide feasibility, vendor onboarding, and potential launch priorities for ZwET services.
- To email you relevant updates if a service pilot is being planned in your specified location (only if you have provided explicit consent).
- To prevent automated spam, abuse, and denial-of-service attempts.
3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Submitted request data is processed through secure serverless backend APIs and stored in access-controlled administrative spreadsheets via the official Google Sheets API. Server access credentials are kept strictly server-side using secure environment variables.
We do not publish submitted user emails, phone numbers, or private requirements publicly, nor do we provide public API endpoints that list user submissions.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertising or marketing brokers. We utilize backend notification tools (e.g., Telegram Bot API) strictly to notify authorized operational staff of incoming requests.

You retain full rights to inspect or delete any personal information you have submitted to ZwET Needs. To request deletion of your submission or contact details, please use our Contact Page or submit a note with your unique Request ID.
